Responsibilities: * Provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to patients in the LTAC setting. * Assess patient conditions and collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. * Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. * Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical information accurately. * Assist with patient education and discharge planning. * Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals. As an RN in the LTAC setting, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with complex medical needs requiring extended hospitalization. Key Responsibilities: Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in accordance with LTAC standards and protocols. Monitoring and managing patients with multiple comorbidities and complex medical conditions. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
