My name is Katie and I have been a recruiter with American Traveler for four years. I began working at American Traveler in 2010 as an intern while I was enrolled full-time as a student at Florida Atlantic University. Shortly after graduating with my B.B.A., I began working full-time.
As a recruiter, you can expect my transparency, attentiveness and constant willingness to support you. My priority is making sure that my nurses are content with their assignments and I will do everything in my power to ensure sure that your travel experience is enjoyable.
The best part of my job is being able to offer my nurses new experiences. Whether it’s a location they’ve never been, a clinical skill they were able to learn or a friend they met while on an assignment, I will always love giving my nurses the opportunity to experience something new. This is why I love what I do.
Outside of work, I enjoy relaxing on the beaches of sunny South Florida, where I have called home for the past six years. While I may now been considered a Floridian, I will never stop supporting my home state of Pennsylvania and cheer on the Philly sports teams -- particularly the Eagles, Phillies and 76ers! I love to travel and a top spot on my bucket list is visiting all 50 States.With 36 states to go, I still have a lot to see!
