24/7 Personal Service: We are here for you any time. Call to speak with us 24 hours a day, 365 days a year or log in to update your availability and check pay stubs. In addition, we have an RN with experience in a variety of practice settings available to assist you with any clinical issue or emergent situation. Office business hours are 7:30am-5:00pm Monday through Friday.
Referral Bonus: Earn up to $500 for referring a Nurse or Allied Professional. Our bonus is paid out "as you go" - so when your nurse works, you get a check just as he or she does for $2/hour up to $500
Experience
Our story starts with a 21-year-old CNA named Pete Hietpas. Pete was diligently working in eastern Wisconsin with a variety of staffing agencies, but something was missing. He loved caring for his patients, but felt that staffing agencies were exchanging compassion for competitiveness. He was determined to change that. As a result, he started Nurses PRN in 1995 to become a model for the healthcare staffing industry – being competitive in the marketplace, yet still maintaining a compassionate heart.

My first contract was back in 2017 and as a first time traveler at the time I was nervous but the amount of care and thought Andrea put in and went through to make sure everything was going well was above and beyond. Every contract I’ve taken has just reassured that I am with the right company. Andrea has gone above and beyond every time I and my family needed anything. In 2018 my son was born and as a traveler that can make things a little hard. Andrea without skipping a beat made sure my son wife and I were all taken care each and every contract. She is why I will never travel with another agency. Thank you Andrea my family and I love you.

This was my first assignment and Andrea has been wonderful to work with. She has gone above and beyond what I expected a recruiter to do. She is honest and your strongest advocate. The whole PRN staff is awesome. I failed to submit my timesheet on time (3 days late) and I still got paid on time. Andrea is also a good listener, she has had to endure several ramblings of mine. The bar is set pretty high for other recruiters. I have nothing but great things to say about Andrea. She also works for a good company.

I feel like Andrea and I have been friends for years for she is so easy to talk to! Being exposed to agency for the first time, Andrea made the experience less intimidating and actually enjoyable, not to mention at the same time she is prompt and thorough. I wish there were more people like her around.

For over 10 years I have been working registry, SSI Inc, Pro Care, 365 Health care Staffing. I am new to PRN but the experience I have had working with Andrea far exceeds my expectations and past experience with other agencies. Three words. Thank You Andrea.
